• Serves as SME on intricate cases to assigned prescriber offices, manufacturer representatives, health plans, and patients to ensure adequate measures are in place to avoid disruption in drug therapy and identify affordability options for patients. • Assists manufacturer field teams in implementation of program launch and ongoing therapy utilization through education and training materials that aid in processing referrals. • Provides Program Specific Processes (PSP) support and other special projects to enhance program workflows, reimbursement activities, and on-going utilization. • Gathers, analyses, and prepares data, including case trends, for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), FDA requirements, and other special projects and reports.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • 2-4 years of relevant working experience • Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry preferred • Demonstrated team lead experience preferred • Demonstrated customer service resolution skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task • Strong team building skills and the ability to train other team members • Research, analysis, report preparation and documentation skills
