📋 Description

• Provide telephonic professional nursing services for client-funded contracts • Make outbound calls to patients enrolled in patient programs • Receive inbound calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and consumers • Answer questions and recommend appropriate patient resources • Make referrals for training, support groups, program materials, or literature • Recommend that patients contact their personal physicians for additional information and care • Assemble accurate and timely data and summaries from calls, inquiries, and outcomes • Educate patients about product use • Participate in program-specific customer meetings and training sessions • Participate in orientation meetings and demonstrate clinical competency through electronic/written tests • Perform special projects and other duties related to contract performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum associate degree and professional nursing license • Practical Nurse License (LPN) in good standing in the state in which you work and/or cross-licensed in other states • Compact State License in eligible states, or willingness to obtain one when the state adopts Compact legislation • California State License required for telephonic nursing roles; candidates may obtain it after hire and must be willing to do so • 2-5 years’ experience • Basic database and office navigation skills • Ability to maintain a high level of customer interaction/service skills by phone • Ability to multitask PC/phone-related tasks • Adherence to approved scripted materials • Ability to interpret patient information and determine appropriate next steps
