📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned pharmacy HUB program(s) • Supervise staff and operational teams, including hiring, scheduling, training, development, and performance evaluation • Serve as the primary contact for assigned internal and external clients • Manage programs according to scope of work, standard operating procedures, and contracted budgets • Ensure proper workflow throughout the program lifecycle • Monitor program metrics and adherence to service-level agreements • Support program development, design, restructuring, and management decisions • Oversee collaboration with internal and client training departments to align messaging with patient insights and disease-state strategies • Manage field operations support personnel and logistics for issued equipment • Supervise personnel management during training events and direct service-provider training resources • Oversee patient feedback mechanisms assessing program value • Support KPI development, reporting systems, and monthly performance updates • Provide leadership with policy-development updates and impacts on patients and service delivery • Develop and implement communication plans for the Patient Outreach organization • Attend and support weekly program staff meetings • Direct assigned systems training, field operations, system escalation personnel, and projects • Present program information to internal and external customers • Participate in interviewing and evaluating employees and train employees as needed • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, training, Field Operations Management, and District Managers • Identify and implement operational improvements and help develop policies, procedures, and business work plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Patient Outreach or program experience; 2+ years as Field Manager or higher preferred • Training Management experience preferred • Ability to manage multiple tasks and excellent organizational skills • Ability to examine the business environment and develop/execute responses to market opportunities • Working knowledge of market trends and issues related to the patient journey and insights • Ability to travel 40–50% • Ability to lead and drive results in cross-functional teams • Strong planning and prioritization skills • Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills • Initiative and vision to develop strategy and deliver results • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build support for initiatives • Ability to build and maintain third-party relationships using negotiation skills • Proven success working with or within patient advocacy or other patient health-related organizations • Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iPad technology • Veeva/Salesforce.com database experience preferred • Must be able to supervise 1–20 direct reports • Equal opportunity and applicable work authorization requirements are implied by employment eligibility, but no specific authorization requirement is stated
