📋 Description

• Live nutrition coaching by leading one-on-one virtual nutrition sessions via video • Assess dietary patterns, medical history, goals, and barriers to deliver clear, actionable guidance • Develop and adapt nutrition strategies tailored to heart health and weight management • Interpret biometric signals and use trends to inform coaching strategy • Collaborate with health coaches and clinical teams on complex cases • Support the creation and refinement of nutrition education materials • Maintain clear, concise, HIPAA-compliant documentation • Share insights and opportunities for improvement with product and operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential with verifiable licensure; multi-state licensure is a plus • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field • Two or more years of experience in nutrition counseling, with focus areas including cardiometabolic health, weight management, or chronic disease • Experience delivering virtual care through video and asynchronous messaging • Familiarity with GLP-1 medications, metabolic health, and evidence-based weight management approaches • Strong communication skills grounded in empathy, clarity, and accountability • Comfort working in fast-moving, evolving startup environments • Tech fluency with telehealth platforms, digital tools, and remote workflows
