📋 Description

• Review key stakeholder inquiries via email and respond in a timely manner • Respond to eligible beneficiaries inquiring about current grant programs • Work with Research and Data Analysts to run monthly reports and identify issues affecting monthly or quarterly reporting • Follow up with the Immigration Services Technical Assistance team to assist with technical inquiries from key stakeholders • Provide key stakeholders with reporting technical assistance, resources, and retraining as needed • Provide administrative support to the Program Manager • Coordinate meeting times • Record meeting minutes during short-term coverage for the Program Manager’s absence or vacation • Format, publish, record, and share reports and documents with key stakeholders • Support the Program Manager in meeting specific deadlines • Assist with project planning and documentation • Ensure smooth communication between relevant parties • Coordinate and supervise volunteers or interns as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience • Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and Data Management Systems • Working knowledge of MS Word, Access, and Excel or equivalent applications • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Basic accounting knowledge and ability to keep accurate financial records • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages • Ability to apply basic algebra concepts • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions • Knowledge of executive administrative office functions, operations, practices, and procedures • Knowledge of methods for organizing and collecting data and information • Knowledge of effective record-keeping techniques • Knowledge of business letter and report preparation, editing, and proofreading • Valid driver’s license, access to an automobile, insurance, and willingness to drive to off-site locations • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds, experiences, personalities, sites, and conditions • Genuine interest in immigrant and farm worker rights • Previous experience working with the Latino community preferred
