📋 Description

• Claim sessions for customers using Truck Share 24/7 • Review each session for accuracy and answer customer questions • Determine the proper course of action using instructional materials • Make outbound calls to verify alternate contacts • Communicate with customers by phone or chat in French and English • Ensure compliance with U-Haul policies to retain customer loyalty and prevent recurring objections • Review telephone, mail, and internet procedures for each communication received and respond within a specified timeframe • Listen to customer concerns, document them, and resolve them when possible • Assist multiple customers digitally, via chat, and through inbound calls • Complete one week of instructor-led training and ongoing education, counseling, and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in both French and English • Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English • Inbound call/phone experience (high volume highly preferred) • Excellent customer service skills with 1 year of phone customer service experience • Technically savvy preferred • Logic, reasoning, time management, and facial recognition skills • Proficiency, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers at one time (online sessions) • Once trained for phones, required to simultaneously assist customers online and on inbound phone calls • Reasonable and predictable attendance • Availability to work 25 hours per week • Saturday and Sunday availability required • Must be available to work holidays • Quiet, private work area at home • Dependent and child-care arrangements as if working at a U-Haul site • All work duties, including education, must be performed at home address • Windows 11 • 16GB RAM minimum (32GB recommended) • CPU benchmark score of 6,000 minimum (10,000 recommended) • SSD with at least 5GB free space • Bluetooth capability enabled • Webcam and wired USB headset • Ping under 100, download speed of 50MB minimum, upload speed of 5MB minimum • Applications not accepted from residents of CA, CO, MD, MA, OR, RI, WA, or the District of Columbia, or from outside the US • Applicants must complete interviews and assessments independently without AI tools
