📋 Description

• Review customer information and verification documents • Verify identity and rental eligibility • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls • Support customers through phone, chat, and online verification tools • Document customer interactions and verification outcomes • Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity standards • Support U-Haul's TruckShare 24/7 program by helping approve rentals and prevent fraud • Multitask across multiple systems while assisting multiple customers simultaneously • Complete virtual instructor-led education, hands-on experience, and ongoing coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience (high-volume phone experience preferred) • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills • Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Minimum 25 hours of availability per week • Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (6 consecutive hours each day) • Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday • Schedule commitment required for the first 6 months • Holiday availability required • Full 90-day training commitment required • Consistent attendance, camera-on participation, and professionalism during training • Quiet, professional, distraction-free home workspace • Reliable high-speed internet with Ethernet connection • Childcare/dependent care arrangements during working hours • Camera participation required during training and meetings • Windows 11 PC • 16GB RAM minimum (32GB recommended) • SSD with available storage • Webcam and wired USB headset • Internet speeds of 50 Mbps download minimum, 5 Mbps upload minimum, and under 100ms ping • Screenshot of Computer Specs test results included in application • Screenshots of Facial Recognition Assessment scores included in application • Complete Criteria Assessments: Live Verify: 4 Part Assessment • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship • Applications not currently accepted from residents of CA, CO, MD, MA, OR, RI, NJ, WA, or the District of Columbia, or outside of the US • Candidates must complete interviews and assessments independently without AI tools
