📋 Description

• Perform administrative duties under the direction of the Assistant Program Manager • Handle reception duties • Schedule appointments • Perform other assigned clerical tasks • Cover back-office clinical duties as a Medical Assistant Receptionist • Provide Saturday and Sunday coverage and participate in holiday rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must reside in Hawaii and be a Hawaii Tax Resident • High School Diploma or equivalent • Medical assisting/office experience • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Knowledge of medical terminology • Strong customer service skills • Comfortable using various forms of information and communication technology • Saturday and Sunday availability from 8am–4pm, with extended hours as required • Holiday rotation • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree • Preferred: Three (3) years medical assisting/office experience • Preferred: One (1) year working with mental health/substance use disorder clients • Preferred: Experience working with EPIC EMR • Preferred: Understanding of patient confidentiality laws (HIPAA) and medical information release procedures and laws
