📋 Description

• Build a clear point of view on the healthcare market • Document healthcare customer activities, patterns, and use cases across care delivery, clinical operations, revenue cycle, member/patient access, and health plan administration • Develop a defensible POV on future actions for regulated healthcare environments • Translate market insights into repeatable sales plays aligned with healthcare buyer personas and business outcomes • Equip sales teams with narratives for healthcare executives • Estimate TAM for priority healthcare use cases, including revenue cycle management, prior authorization, clinical documentation support, patient access/scheduling, claims processing, and care coordination • Help prioritize healthcare segments, functions, and workflows based on impact, scale, and repeatability • Provide evidence-based input into product strategy • Engage leaders across health systems and provider organizations as a trusted industry voice • Contribute to outcome-focused conversations across UiPath’s healthcare provider portfolio • Drive industry credibility and accelerate decision-making • Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Product

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in healthcare • Experience across provider and/or health system environments • Experience in regulated functions such as Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, Care Delivery, Quality, Compliance/Regulatory, or Enterprise IT within a healthcare organization • Hands-on experience with one or more EMR/EHR platforms, including Epic, Cerner (Oracle Health), MEDITECH, Allscripts/Veradigm, athenahealth, or NextGen • Working understanding of how automation and AI agents integrate with or around EMR/EHR systems • Experience contributing to or supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within a health system, payer, or provider network • Ability to document, structure, and synthesize market insights • Ability to connect market insight to commercial opportunity • Ability to influence without formal ownership • Payer or life sciences experience in biopharma/medical devices is a plus
