📋 Description

• Create world-class keynote and mainstage experiences that showcase the UiPath brand and captivate customers, partners, analysts, press, and employees • Own end-to-end content programming for FUSION Las Vegas and support regional flagship events • Lead speaker selection, briefing, content reviews, rehearsals, executive handling, and on-stage support • Translate strategic narratives into keynote storylines, agendas, speaker lineups, and customer journeys • Manage content timelines, approvals, rehearsals, and cross-functional coordination through onsite execution • Partner with production teams to deliver keynotes, breakout sessions, and on-stage experiences • Develop and deploy a scalable event-in-a-box model for regional flagship events • Partner with Product Marketing to create reusable content, presentations, demos, and event materials • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Global Demand Generation, Product, Sales, Executive Communications, and Regional Marketing • Deliver flagship event experiences, compelling programming, consistent attendee experiences, scalable assets, speaker and executive experiences, and repeatable content operations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience producing large-scale B2B technology conferences or corporate events • Experience leading executive keynote programming and conference content • Strong live event production experience, including rehearsals and on-stage execution • Outstanding project management and organizational skills • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously • Experience using event management tools such as Bizzabo • Excellent communication and executive presence
