📋 Description

• Provide support to engineers • Act as an assistant construction project team leader and manager • Coordinate, execute, and manage construction for engineering projects • Perform calculations using engineering formulas and skills • Assist with analysis for engineering and construction-related services • Assist field staff and help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Supervise less experienced staff and/or technical support • Develop a solid team • Work long hours during construction season and potentially minimal project-related hours during the non-construction season

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of related experience in municipal or CDOT construction inspection required • DOT, ACI, or related certifications for Asphalt and/or Concrete preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Outlook • Ability to learn additional software packages as required • Excellent writing and communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Commitment to quality and integrity • Willingness to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and assume increasing responsibilities • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills • Self-motivated; able to work independently and with a project team • Commitment to being an active participant in an employee-owned culture • Openness to innovation and ability to apply evolving technology and AI tools • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
