📋 Description

• Gather and synthesize stakeholder and internal user input through interviews, observation, surveys, and ticket review • Identify pain points and opportunities and help validate problem statements • Create process maps, current-state narratives, and workflow summaries • Draft feature descriptions, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation with Product Manager review • Maintain backlog organization and prioritization inputs • Produce and maintain product artifacts, including lightweight Product Requirements Documents, journey maps, and release notes • Assist with release communications, training notes, stakeholder updates, and documentation updates • Monitor product adoption and performance using dashboards, spreadsheets, and defined KPIs • Summarize product trends for the Product Manager • Identify practical process improvements • Schedule and support working sessions, capture notes, track action items, and align stakeholders • Draft status updates and internal user communications • Build foundational skills in product thinking, agile delivery, and business services operations through hands-on work and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and follow through in a dynamic environment • Interest or exposure to digital transformation, product management, project/program management, or agile practices • Comfort documenting requirements, workflows, and process improvements (a plus) • Collaborative mindset with a focus on results, accountability, and continuous improvement • Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States
