📋 Description

• Provide strategic project management leadership for large and complex renewable projects • Manage overall project scope, schedule, and cost • Make key project decisions • Manage collaborative, multi-discipline project teams • Lead coaching, conflict resolution, facilitation, motivation, and negotiation • Lead project meetings • Lead contract negotiation and management • Develop, update, and manage project plans • Coordinate communications and provide stakeholder status updates • Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans • Manage requests for information and action items • Collaborate with Project Controls to manage project schedules and costs • Lead projects through internal and external processes • Ensure adequate project resources • Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, assess consequences, and implement recommendations • Maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders • Maintain customer focus and represent Ulteig professionally • Support special projects, colleagues, and new initiatives as needed • Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and quality assurance requirements • Report, track, and resolve non-conformance issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred • PMP Certification preferred • 5 or more years of project management experience required • Renewable project management experience preferred • Experience in Microsoft Project required • Experience with P6 preferred • Proven experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project • Ability to work independently • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports • Ability to read and understand construction and procurement contracts • Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict negotiation/resolution and stakeholder engagement • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders • Must be able to travel to project sites as required • Must ensure adherence to safety policies • Must ensure adherence to client Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs • Must report, track, and resolve non-conformance issues in coordination with QA/Q • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
