📋 Description

• Lead and optimize Bentley Transportation software, including MicroStation, OpenRoads, and OpenBridge • Maintain workspaces, templates, and project delivery tools • Coordinate software deployments, testing, and upgrades • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve delivery outcomes • Promote model-based workflows and best practices • Identify automation and integration opportunities • Stay current on DOT and industry trends • Serve as a subject matter expert • Develop and improve design standards and workflows • Maintain templates, seed files, and design libraries • Ensure compliance with DOT and client standards • Partner with QA/QC teams to improve deliverables • Support digital delivery strategies • Create documentation and user guides • Assist with automation initiatives • Develop and deliver Bentley software training programs • Conduct onboarding and workshops • Create training materials and job aids • Mentor designers and engineers on workflows • Promote continuous learning • Attend industry events to bring back best practices • Support project standards and client coordination • Assist with design, drafting, and detailing • Support project setup and execution planning • Resolve design and coordination issues • Serve as an escalation point for software issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field • 5+ years using Bentley platforms • 2+ years in BIM/CAD leadership • Strong technical and communication skills • Strong mentoring and collaboration abilities • Experience working across teams • Self-motivated and detail-oriented • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Ability to travel occasionally. • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
