📋 Description

• Lead survey activities during proposal, design, and construction stages of assigned projects • Manage survey scope according to technical contracts • Assist in developing change orders • Maintain project schedules • Maintain quality and responsiveness to meet internal and external client requirements • Oversee survey activities of team members • Review project documents, drawings, calculations, and specifications • Assume responsible charge • Provide input on strategic direction and technical services oversight • Coach, train, and develop survey staff • Partner with business units and sales teams to promote revenue growth and expand services • Support proposal efforts by developing, providing resources, and reviewing proposals • Collaborate with the Proposal Development Team, Project Management group, and other departments • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients

🎯 Requirements

• A PLS license in one or more of the following states—Texas (RPLS), Wyoming, Kansas, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, or North Dakota—is required • Must be analytical, self-motivated, and able to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic attitude • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, public, and external agencies • Ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations and timeliness • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills • High level of initiative and ability to explore new opportunities while understanding organizational risk • Proven experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access • Additional software knowledge depending on specialty • Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. • Valid Driver’s License • Willingness to travel 50% of the time • Openness to innovation and ability to apply evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
