📋 Description

• Make outbound calls and reach out to patients, members, and customers • Schedule appointments for preventative health screenings and other healthcare appointments • Assess patients for high risk and related healthcare needs • Help patients make decisions that enhance their healthcare experience • Make welcome calls • Assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information • Conduct surveys through outbound calls • Protect patient privacy and maintain a quiet work environment • Adhere to schedules, communicate, use available resources, and focus on performance and quality while working from home

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required • Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated caring and compassion • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inch with HDMI and Display ports • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; Carenet Health is not authorized to hire in AZ, CA, CO, ME, NE, NJ, NY, NV, OR, WA, MD, RI, WV, AK, HI, CT, DE, VT, or Puerto Rico • Completion of assessments may be required, and assessments must be completed independently
