📋 Description

• Write email flows including welcome, post-purchase, pre-renewal, cancellation save, win-back, and payment recovery • Write email campaigns including promotional sends, launches, seasonal, upsell, and re-engagement campaigns • Write SMS copy • Write subject lines, preheaders, and CTAs • Write landing page and pre-lander copy as needed • Help write, finetune, proofread, and localize product page copy • Help write website and brand copy including homepage, brand narrative, and supporting pages • Write SEO content including category pages, blog posts, and on-site copy optimized for organic traffic • Inherit existing copy and sharpen it, or write copy from scratch, while maintaining the required standard

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of DTC or e-commerce copywriting experience — portfolio must include email flows, landing pages, and product copy • Klaviyo experience — flows and campaigns • Strong direct-response instincts — subject lines that get opened, CTAs that convert, copy that earns its word count • Ability to write across multiple brands with different voices, avatars, and categories without them blending • Experience in fragrance, personal care, beauty, or health and wellness is a strong advantage • Strong copywriting skills and AI workflow — AI is expected as part of the process, but final copy must be specific, human-edited, and client-ready • Near-native US English — main audience is American • Fast turnaround and clean output — proofread before submission • Proven track record and good performance of written emails for subscription DTC brand/s is a strong advantage • SEO copywriting — keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta copy is a strong advantage • SMS platform experience — Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, or Attentive is a strong advantage • Experience writing across multiple brands or clients simultaneously is a strong advantage
