📋 Description

• Build and manage all email and SMS flows in Klaviyo, including welcome, post-purchase, pre-renewal, cancellation save, win-back, payment recovery, and new strategy-required flows • Set up and manage promotional, product launch, seasonal, upsell, and re-engagement email and SMS campaigns on schedule and to brief • Build and maintain behavioural, lifecycle-stage, purchase-history, and channel-level audience segmentation • Set up and run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content variations, and offer structures; monitor tests and provide readouts with recommended actions • Own QA for every send, including links, tracking, UTM parameters, render tests, deliverability checks, and list hygiene • Produce weekly or monthly performance reporting as needed, covering open rates, click rates, revenue per recipient, flow performance by SKU, and deliverability metrics • Maintain the email and SMS calendar with the Head of Retention, including planned sends, active tests, and upcoming flow launches • Monitor Klaviyo updates, deliverability best practices, and retention trends, and bring relevant features or capabilities to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on Klaviyo experience with flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting; ability to show managed accounts and work • E-commerce or DTC background with understanding of subscription economics, churn, and lifecycle flows • Strong QA discipline covering broken links, missing UTMs, and rendering issues • Data literacy to interpret performance data and make clear recommendations • Organised and calendar-driven; able to manage multiple brands and sends in parallel • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, async team; able to own priorities and communicate proactively • Shopify familiarity and understanding of how the e-commerce stack connects to Klaviyo and other retention technology • Strong advantage: 3+ years of Klaviyo SMS experience • Strong advantage: subscription brand experience with recurring billing, renewal cycles, and cancellation save flows • Strong advantage: experience working closely with copywriters and designers • Strong advantage: familiarity with Loop Subscriptions or similar subscription management platforms • Strong advantage: experience across multiple brands or clients simultaneously
