📋 Description

• Perform complex, large scale and cross-functional problem resolution across business units • Lead a team of analysts and senior analysts • Must understand the impact or potential impact of errors both functionally and reputationally • Must understand beginning-to-end processes for all functions, including navigating multiple systems • Work on special projects at the direction of the manager • Provide backup assistance to the manager as required • Identify system issues or defects and provide documentation to the appropriate support group • Ability to provide assistance during testing of system upgrades or implementation of new systems • Direct interaction with various levels of management, including Lines of Business partners and external vendors • Contribute and assist in implementation of ideas and recommendations to improve processes and reduce risk

🎯 Requirements

• Any combination of 10 years of financial services experience and/or college coursework • 3-5 years of operations experience • 3 years’ experience in-depth complex problem resolution • Working knowledge of domestic and global markets • PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree • 7 years of operations experience
