📋 Description
• Answer incoming patient phone calls and make outgoing collection calls regarding balances due • Resolve patient questions and contact appropriate sources when necessary • Conduct activities such as account investigation, follow-up, and collections on self-pay balances
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED preferred • Three or more years of experience in a medical office directly related to Patient Services Department
