β’ Meet or exceed revenue targets for new business and customer upsell in your territory β’ Develop and execute an effective territory plan to drive sales revenue and customer satisfaction β’ Managing complex sales cycles with a consultative sales approach β’ Planning and delivering presentations that give prospective and existing customers insights into how our solutions solve their challenges β’ Working with Sales Engineers and other cross-functional team members to help close business β’ Communicating new product developments to prospective and existing clients β’ Attending remote and on-site meetings with clients β’ Collaborating with teams in different territories and offices β’ Actively convert opportunities prospected by our SDR team β’ Implement and execute effective sales campaigns to ensure maximum penetration of key accounts within your territory β’ Maintaining an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the SalesForce CRM system.
β’ 4-year degree required (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience β’ Experience in selling complex SaaS solutions in the Enterprise Space β’ 7+ yearsβ work experience in a relevant role with 2 years covering enterprise/major accounts β’ Extremely process oriented and meticulous with follow-ups β’ Fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial company β’ Excellent people skills, i.e., ability to build relationships, find customer pain points, apply solution selling actions, perform networking, and understand customer buying paths β’ Good administrative skills, including: Planning and time management to execute within parameters β’ Update CRM with the latest status on leads and customer opportunities β’ Risk forecasting and reporting β general adherence to internal deadlines β’ Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools to communicate and/or present professionally to customers β’ Excellent communication skills β verbal and written, ability to communicate clearly and effectively. β’ Experience successfully selling Software Solutions into the Hospitality or Service Industries (HR Applications, Workforce Management, Operations, Property Management Systems, Reservation Systems, etc.) β’ Experience working in Hospitality Industry β’ Previous training and use of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
