📋 Description

• Own customer implementations from sales handoff through support handover • Own project plans, manage deliverables, report milestone status, and proactively identify project risks • Manage internal resources in alignment with the project budget • Build and maintain customer relationships using a consultative approach • Lead customer workshops and prepare requirements and user documentation • Configure the Unifyr platform and document configuration environments for technical support handover • Set and reinforce client expectations and deadlines and ensure follow-through on commitments • Ensure solutions use Unifyr product capabilities effectively and meet customer requirements • Quality-assure delivered solutions against specifications • Manage customer expectations and resolve issues and risks to ensure customer success • Develop or lead initiatives improving internal processes, documentation, customer satisfaction, and delivery speed • Maintain deep knowledge of Unifyr products, partnering-automation processes, and partner-management best practices • Maintain current knowledge of business analysis and project-management best practices • Prepare requirements specifications for custom developments and integrations with other business systems • Work as part of a multidisciplinary Professional Services project team, reporting to the Director of Implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience • 2+ years’ experience working for a software vendor, reseller, or consultancy in a customer-facing role implementing software projects for clients • Highly skilled and experienced business analyst • Specific background in channel management, CRM/PRM solutions, marketing automation, or other business applications preferred • Technical capability and experience in technical implementations such as Salesforce integration (SFDC) • Experience interfacing with all levels of an organization and direct customer/client management experience • Excellent written, spoken, telephone, and presentation communication skills • Proven ability to deliver highly accurate written documentation • Self-motivated, able to prioritize and deliver tasks independently • Proven ability to process and apply new information quickly • Commitment to high standards of project delivery • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously • Strong attention to detail • Effective project management and analytical skills • Ability to establish, develop, and maintain positive long-term working relationships with team members and clients • Result-driven, proactive, enthusiastic, adaptable team player • Ability to focus on assigned tasks until completion • Willingness and skills to work for short periods on customer site anywhere in the world if needed • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods • Must be able to attend in-person and virtual meetings • On-call availability and periodic work outside normal business hours
