📋 Description
• Manage a pipeline of deals across the United States • Update closing checklists and trackers • Prepare documents and coordinate execution of closing packages • Conduct due diligence, including reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys • Assist with retrieval of required documentation for real estate transactions • Draft and review legal descriptions • Report to the Managing Director, Legal • Accelerate transactions to closing
🎯 Requirements
• 4–8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal • Experience at a mid- to large-sized law firm • Bachelor’s degree required • Fluent with Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed plotting software • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Collaborative team spirit • A love of adventure and passion for learning • Respect for colleagues and sense of humor • Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus
