📋 Description

• Administer Windows development, test, and production servers, including reloading, re-imaging, patching, GPO configuration, and OS hardening • Diagnose and resolve complex Windows OS, Active Directory, and server connectivity issues • Perform daily monitoring of Windows systems, services, and performance • Initiate proactive remediation • Install, remove, and upgrade Windows-based software packages and agents • Own Level 2 Windows-related tickets through resolution, including root cause analysis • Provide system evaluation reports and contribute to operational recommendations for Windows environments • Update system records and ensure licensing compliance • Maintain accurate configuration data for Windows assets • Create runbooks and how-to guides • Train Level 1 analysts on Windows procedures

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination • Strong experience with Windows troubleshooting and server administration • Ability to support 24×7 operations and rotating shifts • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required • Eligibility for any required U.S. Government authorizations for access to export-controlled commodities and technology • Night Shift: 6pm - 6am EST • May also hold Linux credentials if permitted
