📋 Description

• Provides advanced network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24×7 NOC environment. • Handles escalations from Level 1 and performs deeper network diagnostics. • Ensures reliability of network infrastructure across multiple locations. • Supports the Cyber Backup environment and works under the guidance of the Level 3 Network Lead. • Diagnoses and resolves complex network connectivity issues. • Initiates proactive remediation to prevent outages or performance degradation. • Owns Level 2 network tickets through resolution, including root cause identification. • Provides network evaluation reports and contributes to NOC operational improvements. • Updates network configuration records, diagrams, and device inventories.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination. • Strong experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools. • Ability to support 24×7 operations and rotating shifts. • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required.
