📋 Description
• Provides advanced network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24×7 NOC environment. • Performs deeper network diagnostics and ensures reliability of network infrastructure. • Diagnoses and resolves complex network connectivity issues. • Performs daily monitoring of network devices, bandwidth, link health, and alerts. • Owns Level 2 network tickets through resolution, including root cause identification. • Provides network evaluation reports and contributes to NOC operational improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination. • Strong experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools. • Ability to support 24×7 operations and rotating shifts. • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required.
