📋 Description

• Independently manages multiple large and complex projects requiring high levels of functional integration and procedural change management • Manages large cross-functional project teams comprised of business and technical team members • Plays a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, processes and tools to enable effective project management and success • Oversees projects with complex business and technical challenges • Addresses escalated issues requiring both technical depth and business acumen to solve, ensuring minimal disruption to the project and to the business • Determines and coordinates sharing of leveraged resources among projects • Defines, implements and consults on project management standards and processes for relevant teams or projects

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in the public sector or with government clients • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications preferred) • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello for project tracking and reporting • Eligibility for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
