📋 Description

• Lead pricing for large, complex IT services deals • Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned to client value and market benchmarks • Build financial models covering cost, revenue, and profitability • Design and apply fixed, time-and-materials, subscription, and outcome-based pricing models • Translate solutions into quantified business value • Leverage AI and analytics to improve pricing insights and automation • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance stakeholders • Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous process improvement • Support large-scale bids and deal negotiations • Partner with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Finance teams on commercial modeling and pricing strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years in pricing, commercial finance, bid finance, or deal desk • Experience in the IT services / technology sector • Proven support for large-scale bids and deal negotiations • AI experience in a business context, including GenAI, Copilot, or analytics tools • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business • Eligibility for any required U.S. Government authorizations under U.S. export control regulations • Advanced financial modelling using Excel • Strong understanding of cost drivers and pricing levers • AI literacy and ability to leverage automation tools • Commercial and strategic thinking • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
