• Sign, retain, and expand relationships with independent and franchise dealerships • Make 70 or more outbound calls and 2.5 hours or more talk time daily • Sign 3 or more new dealers each month • Engage with underperforming accounts to establish value • Provide short term coverage for external markets during times of vacancy • Serve as a subject matter expert on all UACC programs, policies, and ancillary products • Work closely with credit, funding, titles, and dealer compliance teams to resolve dealership issues • Provide best-in-class customer service to dealer customers with 24/7 availability
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, remote office environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Must be able to work Saturdays as needed • Self-motivated, high-energy, and engaging individual • Above average work ethic and drive with the ability to work independently • High level of objectivity with openness to feedback and change • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Previous experience in a challenging sales role preferred but not mandatory • Auto finance, dealership or other sales experience is preferred but not mandatory • Prior experience working remotely is highly preferred
