📋 Description

• Enter new student enrollments and status changes into Student Information and Client Management Systems • Manage and track enrollment documents to ensure timely, complete student files • Assist students in completing and submitting required documents • Serve as primary contact for enrollment systems support, including Complio and Enrollment Portal • Ensure enrollment documents meet admissions and compliance standards • Administer entrance assessments and report requirement status and test outcomes • Support Admissions with campus tours and prospective student visits • Provide front desk coverage by greeting students and visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area • Handle mail, photocopying, faxing, and filing • Assist with orientations, graduations, and student engagement activities • Collaborate with Financial Aid, Registrars, and Academics to support onboarding • Meet or exceed enrollment document processing metrics • Maintain adherence to FERPA and Unitek admissions/compliance policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college preferred • Minimum 1 year of administrative, front desk, or customer service experience (education/admissions setting preferred) • Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and time management • Professional, customer-focused communicator with strong integrity and work ethic • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment • Ability to enter enrollments and status changes into Student Information and Client Management Systems • Ability to manage and track enrollment documents, including background checks, immunizations, proof of graduation, and valid IDs • Ability to administer entrance assessments per established protocols • Adherence to FERPA and admissions/compliance policies
