📋 Description

• Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology • Collaborate with ERS and Registrars to identify tuition billing issues and improve billing tuition and reconciliation processes • Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for the tuition billing process • Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions • Ensure ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping meeting company and regulatory agency standards • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from campuses • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of business office or accounting experience required • Prior tuition billing operations experience for an institution of higher learning preferred • Excellent customer service and oral and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team • Proficiency in MS Office • Experience in Campus Nexus/Anthology preferred • Ability to meet deadlines and execute multiple priorities • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office systems • Meet verification standards as determined by UNITEK • Sense of urgency and responsiveness • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong time management skills • Ability to multitask in a dynamic and changing environment
