📋 Description

• Conceptualize and deliver high-quality graphic and motion design across brand, campaigns, product launches, social, events, and marketing initiatives • Translate complex business, product, and technical ideas into clear and compelling visual stories • Evolve Unity’s visual language by developing creative concepts and extending brand systems across new channels and formats • Collaborate with designers, video and motion specialists, producers, writers, marketers, and stakeholders from concept through final delivery • Prepare and deliver production-ready assets across digital, social, presentation, event, print, and other mediums • Maintain a high level of craft and consistency while strengthening the Unity brand

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Strong foundation in typography, composition, color, and visual design • Demonstrated expertise in motion design • Portfolio showing strong animation, storytelling, and visual craft • Portfolio demonstrating versatile graphic design across multiple formats and channels • Experience working within and evolving brand systems • Experience creating consistent, scalable, and production-ready work • Experience using AI and emerging creative technologies • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges • Additional assets: experience with 3D; video production, editing, or post-production; brand guidelines, templates, or scalable design systems; automated or AI-assisted creative production workflows; global technology, entertainment, gaming, or creative organizations
