📋 Description

• Provide technical services to assigned Beauty and Personal Care customers to drive sales growth. • Use a technical consultative, needs-based approach to evaluate customer technologies. • Adapt and implement local product strategies and services. • Assist field sellers and industry team members with joint customer calls. • Identify suitable Univar technological products for customer applications and develop adoption or conversion strategies. • Build profitable sales and maintain long-term customer partnerships using industry expertise. • Use Univar resources to solve customer needs and gather market intelligence. • Develop customer relationships and seek new product opportunities. • Prepare and present technical presentations on cosmetic formulations for customer R&D departments. • Provide technical support to customer R&D teams. • Visit customers for high-profitability projects and build technical trust. • Follow the full sales cycle, including proposals, samples, and visits. • Proactively develop new business prospects and monitor competitive activity. • Represent suppliers and exchange market information while maintaining compliance standards. • Monitor technological innovations, regulatory updates, and legislation. • Maintain the CRM system and generate targeted business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (technical or Chemistry preferred). • At least five years of relevant experience in the Beauty and Personal Care industry, with specialized product expertise. • Experience dealing with customers at multiple organizational levels, internal and external, and supplier partners. • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle complex projects and multitask. • Ability to manage detailed work activities and follow up persistently. • Tact, integrity, and high business ethics. • Ability to understand current market issues and align sales efforts with company objectives. • Demonstrated selling skills and multitasking abilities. • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability and availability to travel regularly. • Fluency in French and English, orally and in writing.
