📋 Description

• Configure clinical trial budgets in OnCore and manage the handoff from budgeting to accounting • Coordinate with accounting to reconcile payments from study sponsors • Manage participant reimbursement processes, including study and participant setup, travel expense requests, and study-team questions • Review and reconcile monthly expenses between Workday and OnCore/Smartsheet • Set up, submit changes to, and close purchase orders and internal work orders for trials • Draft basic communications and reports and maintain varied records • Audit, monitor, organize, and update fiscal records and reports • Answer general fiscal questions and provide information based on established materials and standards • Process transactions and assign funding codes according to rules, regulations, and policies • Reconcile purchase documents with payments • Complete departmental processing of fully executed contracts

🎯 Requirements

• One or more years of experience in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, research administration, clinical trials, or a related field • Experience with financial tasks such as processing payments, invoices, purchase orders, work orders, expense transactions, and reconciliation preferred • Experience with clinical trials, preferably oncology trials, including protocol administration, participant management, billing compliance, finance, regulatory, or QA/compliance preferred • Experience with financial systems, databases, or ERP systems such as Workday preferred • Experience with clinical trials management systems such as OnCore preferred • Cover letter required • Resume required • Continuous eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship • Ability to provide proof of work authorization and eligibility to work • Employment may require a criminal background check • References may be requested from final candidates
