The Shopify-powered storefront sells club and league jerseys, hoodies, t-shirts, hats, and accessories (including Under Armour jerseys and collaborative drops), runs seasonal sales and exclusive tour-stop merch, and targets basketball fans, clubs, and leagues.

📋 Description

• Publish content daily across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X, and other platforms • Execute live posting and fan engagement during games, events, and key announcements • Own and maintain Unrivaled's Hootsuite account • Schedule and queue approved content across connected platforms • Apply consistent tags and campaign labels to every post • Maintain organized content calendars and streams within Hootsuite • Manage content library assets, saved captions, and approval workflows • Monitor Hootsuite streams for mentions, comments, and engagement opportunities • Pull and log Hootsuite analytics and reporting • Manage user access, permissions, and platform integrations • Flag and troubleshoot publishing issues, platform connection errors, and approval bottlenecks • Write engaging, on-brand captions tailored to each platform and audience • Schedule posts in advance using social media management tools • Format and optimize posts, including captions, tags, thumbnails, links, and other platform-specific elements • Collaborate with content, creative, and strategy teams on campaigns, voice, and tagging conventions • Track and log published posts, fan interactions, and engagement trends • Stay updated on platform features, publishing best practices, and trends • Conduct final quality-control checks and promptly escalate sensitive interactions, errors, or reputational issues

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related role • Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and X • Hands-on experience with Hootsuite or a comparable social media management platform, including scheduling, tagging, and campaign organization; Hootsuite experience strongly preferred • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt captions and tone across platforms • Comfort with engaging directly with fans and handling community management • Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience with scheduling tools such as Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, or similar preferred • Passion for sports and digital storytelling
