🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or similar experience • Experience in a professional in-person customer service role, ideally in account management or implementation • Experience with work-related travel • Experience working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning software systems • Automotive industry experience is a huge plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort speaking with all levels of management and business-level writing • Ability to coach and train individuals in large groups • Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word • Quick learner who can adapt readily to changes in a fast-paced environment • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills • Ability to troubleshoot problems and solve issues creatively
