📋 Description

• Coordinate with instructional design team members, subject matter experts, and project managers throughout video course development • Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting and directing • Capture high-quality video and audio footage • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment • Oversee casting and coordination of principal talent, background performers, and voice actors • Edit video and audio footage, adding graphics, closed captioning, and special effects • Manage video libraries and assist with distribution strategies across platforms • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts • Assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements • Convert existing instructional materials into microlearning video formats • Gather training-needs data and content for training materials and programs • Review procedures and guidelines to ensure materials meet learning goals • Identify innovations in online video learning technology and recommend improvements • Maintain and ensure proper use of video equipment • Execute all aspects of video production from filming through editing to a high standard • Upload new training elements into the learning management system for The UPS Store franchise network

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production, Visual Communications, Journalism, Media Production, Digital Media, or related discipline is preferred • Experience developing corporate training video content and/or materials • Minimum 2+ years of experience in video production and editing • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proficiency with video cameras, lighting, audio recording, and video editing software • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator • Candidates must reside within the San Diego territory due to project requirements
