• Receive incoming requests from customers and/or vendors • Execute orders • Provide quotes • Check shipment status • Analyze customer needs and provide solutions • Provide administrative or technical support to ensure effective ongoing operations • Apply established processes and procedures • Perform administrative work under moderate supervision • Impact the team through the quality of services or information provided
🎯 Requirements
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 11am–7pm PST or 9am–5pm PST • Working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience • Ability to recognize and solve typical problems by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options
