📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers overseeing cultivation BDOs • Participate in sales calls (both in-person and virtual) to observe, support and provide post-call feedback • Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and results • Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline inspections, and deal coaching sessions • Identify performance gaps and take decisive action to improve outcomes • Execute regional sales strategy aligned to company objectives and revenue targets • Drive performance across portfolio growth • Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM utilization • Monitor key performance metrics and act as needed • Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, underwriting) to drive growth initiatives • Collaborate with channel partners and enterprise stakeholders (e.g., UPS sales teams) to expand opportunities • Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent • Build succession plans • Drive engagement through consistent communication, recognition, and leadership visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent • Hold a valid property & casualty insurance license • Background in financial services, insurance, or risk-based products • 3+ years of sales experience (must include experience as a BDO) • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing on goals • Strong knowledge of both acquisition and cultivation models • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making • Strong communication and presentation skills • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and analytics platform (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan)
