📋 Description

• Own credit and performance monitoring for the Personal Loans product • Identify performance trends, investigate root causes, and recommend targeted treatments • Perform rigorous statistical analyses to evaluate past experiments and natural experiments • Build and maintain workflows that automate and scale standard reporting • Provide recurring reporting and performance tracking for model and credit performance • Provide regular visibility to senior leadership and support data-driven decisions • Proactively monitor portfolio and model performance, diagnose unexpected outcomes, and drive business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Physics, or a related field • Experience with Python and SQL • Strong analytical and first-principles thinking • Ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills • Ability to clearly articulate complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences • 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field
