📋 Description

• Analyze existing laboratory workflows, identify optimization potential, and capture client requirements in a structured manner • Translate requirements into LIMS solutions and implement them from specification and configuration through to test cases • Conduct workshops and train end users • Support validation activities according to CSV/GAMP and ensure regulatory compliance • Act as a liaison between laboratory, quality management, and IT to ensure smooth communication • Support data migrations and integration with ERP, MES, or CDS systems • Perform system and integration testing • Advise customers on laboratory best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, biotechnology, laboratory informatics, or computer science with a laboratory focus • Several years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment, ideally in pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries • Desirable: experience with LIMS systems • Understanding of GMP, GLP, or ISO 17025 and knowledge of quality management • Advantageous: basic programming and database knowledge • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex processes clearly • Customer-oriented manner and analytical mindset • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written • Willingness to travel for on-site workshops and training
