📋 Description

• Familiarization with laboratory processes and assistance in capturing customer requirements • Support in the configuration and implementation of LIMS systems • Taking on initial independent tasks • Supporting and gradually taking an active role in workshops and end-user trainings • Support for validation activities according to CSV/GAMP • Learning regulatory requirements • Supporting communication between laboratory, quality management and IT • Working on data migrations as well as system and integration testing • Acquiring and applying basic programming and database skills • Advising customers on laboratory best practices and gradually developing into a LIMS Consultant role

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Laboratory Informatics, or Computer Science with a laboratory focus • Initial exposure to laboratory processes (e.g., internships, working student positions, or vocational training) is an advantage but not required • Basic understanding of GMP, GLP, or ISO 17025 desirable • Advantageous: interest in programming and databases • Strong communication skills and willingness to dive into complex processes • Customer-oriented manner and analytical thinking • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel for on-site workshops and trainings
