📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed Integration & Automation Engineering team • Own Oura’s Business Technology Services (BTS) and core integration platform • Own Workato as a delivery surface for enterprise integrations and automations • Define and run the operating model for integrations and automation across IT • Establish and embed reliability practices for mission-critical integration services • Partner with Security, Data, and Finance to ensure integrations are auditable and well-governed • Stay close to the AI Productivity team’s work on agents and MCP-based integration patterns • Act as a visible technical leader and communicator for integration and automation across Oura

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years building and operating integration platforms, iPaaS, or API services in modern SaaS environments • 5+ years managing engineers (including senior/staff-level ICs) and technical program leaders • 3+ years developing digital AI products and AI-augmented integrations • Deep technical experience with modern integration patterns (event-driven, REST/GraphQL, webhooks) • Proven track record operating engineering platform teams • Experience working in or around SOX-relevant systems and ITGC controls • Demonstrated ability to lead engineers across multiple time zones • Genuine curiosity and practical experience with AI-augmented workflows • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
