📋 Description

• Define, document, and execute NetSuite development tasks in an agile team process managed in Atlassian Jira • Deliver SuiteScript code and designs following software development best practices, prioritizing root-cause fixes • Design and implement unit, integration, and regression test coverage for critical customizations and integrations • Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools for SuiteScript, integration, and test development • Help define standards for shipping AI-assisted changes and SOX/ITGC change-management evidence • Contribute architecture decision records, coding standards, and integration documentation • Partner with the NetSuite Administrator to audit and govern roles, permissions, workflows, and bundle usage • Assist in developing, architecting, and supporting scalable NetSuite integrations • Collaborate with business users across Supply Chain & Logistics, Financial Systems, and Member Experience to translate requirements into durable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years NetSuite development and/or administration experience • Experience working in an Agile methodology and task management system • Hands-on experience across NetSuite script types (User Event, Client, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, RESTlet, etc.) • Experience writing automated tests in any language or framework • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in day-to-day development • Understanding of core business processes and best practices (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.) and basic accounting principles • Extensive integration experience (iPaaS, API, or direct point-to-point) with a solid understanding of system authentication methods • Comfort working within NetSuite's configuration/admin layer (roles, permissions, saved searches) • Attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication and collaboration skills
