• Make outbound calls to book appointments • Take inbound calls from members • Confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits • Update scheduling systems quickly and accurately • Escalate urgent member needs when they come up • Help members access care by ensuring appointments are booked, confirmed, followed up on, and escalated when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Spanish and English • 1+ year of call center, scheduling, or customer service experience • Must be based in the U.S. • Reliable, on-time work habits • Comfort working remotely while staying focused on accurate, timely follow-through
