📋 Description
• The Senior RCM Business Analyst focuses on optimizing operational efficiency and financial performance in Revenue Cycle Management operations. • Responsible for supporting RCM initiatives with project management, process improvement, training, and documentation. • Collaborating with leadership in other areas to support project initiatives. • Involved with process reengineering, digital enablement, automation, and performance transformation focused on improving AR metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED Required. • Healthcare revenue cycle experience (minimum of 1 year).
