📋 Description

• Respond to internal and external security alerts and spot anomalies • Build proficiency with security tools and participate in on-call rotations • Help automate recurring tasks and improve team efficiency • Support compliance with industry regulations and security standards • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing • Complete structured classroom-style learning and hands-on, on-the-job work across technical and business areas • Develop customer service skills through the academy program

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of networking and/or network certification(s) • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle emergency situations • Learning agility, innovation, and open-mindedness • Problem solving and strategic thinking • Resilience and emotional intelligence • Associate degree or 2+ years professional experience required • Security certification(s) preferred • Eligible to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
