📋 Description

• Provide first-level support for Workday ERP and iCIMS users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation of complex cases • Gather and document functional requirements for system enhancements and updates • Perform system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate changes and enhancements • Assist in developing end-user training materials, guides, and documentation • Support iCIMS and Workday modules including HCM, payroll, finance, and time tracking • Monitor and respond to support tickets using internal tracking tools • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure integrations function correctly and data flows seamlessly • Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, and regression testing • Assist with data analysis and reporting within HR systems for business decisions and compliance needs • Stay current on system best practices, new features, and updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, ERP administration, HR, HRIS, finance support, or a related field • Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably Workday and iCIMS, or a strong willingness to learn • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and identify root causes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams • High attention to detail with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with reporting tools • Team-oriented with a customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem resolution • Exposure to Workday ERP and iCIMS or other enterprise systems is preferred but not required • Experience with ticketing systems and basic SQL knowledge is a plus • Basic knowledge of business processes in HR, finance, or payroll is a plus
