📋 Description

• Lead the implementation, execution, and optimization of automation solutions across the healthcare revenue cycle. • Partner closely with operational leaders, IT, analytics, compliance, and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency. • Serve as a technical and operational partner responsible for executing automation initiatives. • Manage implementation projects, support process improvement efforts, and ensure automation solutions meet business requirements. • Focus on automation delivery, stakeholder coordination, vendor collaboration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization across revenue cycle functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, finance, operations, or a related field required; master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred. • 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, process improvement, automation, project management, or related functions. • 3-5 years of experience leading automation projects, process improvement initiatives, or cross-functional implementations. • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions, workflows, payer processes, and regulatory considerations. • Experience implementing automation technologies and process improvement initiatives within complex healthcare environments. • Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with operational, technical, and business stakeholders. • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with healthcare platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Meditech, or similar systems preferred. • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms preferred. • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related certifications preferred. • Experience supporting AI-enabled workflow automation or process transformation initiatives preferred. • Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and CMS regulations preferred.
