📋 Description

• Develop new business relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share • Increase profitability within existing accounts • Identify opportunities by leveraging knowledge of client needs, market trends, products, and services • Conduct consultative sales presentations for prospective and current clients • Demonstrate how the organization's payment solutions can help achieve clients' business objectives • Build and maintain a strong referral network • Execute a strategic calling program to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and drive sales results • Spend approximately 80% of time within the assigned territory meeting with clients, prospects, and business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Two to three years of relevant sales experience • Ability to travel • Candidates must reside in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois • Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations • Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills • Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues • Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
