📋 Description

• Own Nash’s global event strategy and field marketing execution across every region • Build the event calendar with regional GTM leads • Lead regional field managers across APAC, EMEA, and North America • Report to the VP of Growth and work directly with regional Sales leaders • Select shows and sponsorships and determine investment level • Align event account lists with Sales outreach • Measure event returns and use results to guide future event strategy • Manage the regional field budget against pipeline and deal acceleration • Oversee booths, dinners, hosted events, gifting, merchandise, and swag • Build ABM events for top accounts, including executive dinners, onsites, and account-specific gifts • Manage relationships with show organizers, partners, and vendors • Select and manage regional vendors and production partners across booth build, print, swag, freight, and storage • Produce event content and direct photographers, videographers, attendees, and team posting • Maintain standards for internal events, including all-hands and company offsites • Hire field managers, set standards, and personally run the most important events

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B field or event marketing, across more than one region • Experience owning shows/events outright, including selection, execution, and accountability for results • Experience running a flagship event that attracted attendees and generated post-event discussion • Experience building and leading a team across time zones, including hiring employees or contractors • Ability to self-start, unblock work, execute within budget and short timelines, and build repeatable systems • Strong taste and polish in event production and guest experience • Ability to connect events to pipeline, measure event-generated pipeline movement, and plan integrated annual event programs • AI already integrated into workflow, with something built or improved that can be demonstrated • Command of budget and logistics at scale, with composure during event weeks • Willingness to travel 30–40% of the year • Resume and event portfolio or examples required for application
